Conflicto de competencia entre el Juzgado Primero Promiscuo Municipal de La Dorada (Caldas) y el Juzgado Catorce Civil Municipal de Bogotá, en torno al trámite de la acción de tutela de la referencia.

En este caso concluye la Corte que resulta acertada la interpretación de que la competencia a prevención radica en cabeza del juzgado del municipio de La Dorada y que a dicha autoridad es a quien le corresponde conocer la acción de tutela en primera instancia.

Se decide remitir el expediente a la precitada autoridad judicial, para que de forma inmediata le imparta el trámite correspondiente.
